What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, the service you're interested in, any details you type in, and any photos you upload.

How we use it

We use these details to contact you, prepare a quote, arrange an inspection and carry out any work you book. We may send you a confirmation that your request was received.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

Quote requests are delivered by our website provider, BluePeek, which stores form submissions and uploaded photos on secure cloud services and emails them to us. Your details are only accessed to deliver and manage your enquiry.

Photos

Photos you upload are used only to understand the job and prepare your quote. We will ask before using any photo of your property publicly.

Access and correction

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by calling 0401 940 791 or emailing superpainting.wa@yahoo.com. If you have a privacy concern you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
